The practice of chöd, from the Tibetan contemplative tradition, is a skillful method for dissolving emotional conflicts and dissatisfaction by compassionately cutting through the fear and attachment that obscure your true nature of mind. During this retreat Alejandro will introduce the practice of chöd, from the Tibetan Bön tradition, as a means to meet the emotional energies of fear and to cut the root causes of suffering: aversion, attachment and ignorance. Through practicing chöd, you can cut through the bondage of fear, whatever form it takes, and unleash creativity as you reconnect to your natural state—open, awake and fearless.
