Practice Description
With the Bon Buddhist practices of Tsa Lung, we explore the five Tsa Lung movements. In this practice we will deepen our inner connection by exploring the 5 five energy centers (chakras) with the movements of Tsa Lung. Tsa means channel and lung (chi or prana) means breath. These movements along with the visualization that accompanies them help us to clear what keeps us from recognizing and connecting to the positive qualities inherent in our true nature.
This practice is led by Leslie Abuso. For more information, contact her at: leslieabuso@ligminchatexas.org.
Doors open at 11:00 am. There is no fee but donations to the center are greatly appreciated.
