Explore the power of bringing voice and awareness together to meet your emerging experiences as you are supported to reflect upon your personal life, your close relationships, and how your community and society live in you. Is your attention loving? Nourishing? Energizing? As we release patterns of aversion, attachment, and disconnection through sound and rest in the resonance of silence, we awaken our true voice, a voice of compassion and joy. As limited patterns held in our body, speech, and mind loosen and release, new possibilities emerge. Embody the powers of openness, awareness, and warmth that treat nothing as a mistake. Discover the confidence to meet whatever shows up in your life as an opportunity for expressing positive qualities.
