Finding Refuge through the Mother of Wisdom and Love
January 20-21, 2024
In many cultures the primordial female energy is seen as the origin of existence and the source of all healing qualities. In the Bon tradition, Sherap Chamma, Mother of Wisdom and Love, is the source of wisdom, and her medicine is love and compassion. The teachings of Sherap Chamma comprise one of the most important tantric cycles of the ancient Bön tradition.
In this retreat, participants will learn a beautiful and simple meditation practice composed by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, through which we directly connect with the divine feminine energy. Within the collective warmth of our gathering, profound healing of physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual challenges becomes possible. Through skillful means of visualization, the sound of mantra, and deep contemplation, we meet the divine mother within, and are guided through this connection to the innate wisdom and the love that is natural to us all.
Those experienced in meditation as well as those who are beginning are warmly welcomed.
