DESCRIPTION:Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche will teach on Healing with Form\, Energy\, and Light. He helps us to strengthen our connection to the sacred aspect of the natural world and presents us with a guide that explains why certain practices are necessary and beneficial. \nHealing with Form\, Energy and Light\, a book written by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche has been translated into many languages. It is the resource for this retreat. It covers healing through sutric\, tantric\, and dzögchen perspectives. In the Tibetan tradition\, the five elements of earth\, water\, fire\, air\, and space are accessed through the raw powers of nature and ancient Bön practices. \nThe five external elements support us in maintaining our well-being and health. The inner five elements are related to the inner wind balance within our bodies and are associated with the five specific qualities of the elements.
