SUMMARY:The Five Warrior Syllables
DESCRIPTION:The Five Warrior Syllables\nTibetan Sound Healing Practice\nMarcy Vaughn\nWhen we rest our attention on the stillness of the body\, inner silence\, and the spaciousness of mind we connect with the source of healing and creativity within. During this weekend retreat\, we will explore the sacred architecture of the channels and chakras within the body. Resting attention in each of five energetic center and chanting a sacred sound associated with that center is a powerful healing practice. \nThis practice known as the Five Warrior Syllables\, supports the release of physical\, emotional and energetic blockages and encourages the emergence of healing qualities. As new spaces open within\, we see ourselves and others with fresh eyes\, connect to our life with inspiration\, and are motivated to engage in actions that benefit others. \nPublic Talk\nFriday. March 8th\, 2019  7:00pm – 8:30 pm \n$15 Suggested Donation \nWeekend Retreat\nSaturday & Sunday March 9th & 10th 10 am – 5 pm \n$135  Early-Bird Registration\,   $150 Standard Registration \nLocation \n\nLigmincha Texas – 5316 Bellaire Blvd. – Bellaire TX\nRegister at: LigminchaTexas.org \nFinancial hardship alone should not prevent a practitioner from attending teachings.\nSpecial payment plans are available.\nPlease contact us at info@ligminchatexas.org\n \n \n \n \nMarcy Vaughn\n \n \n \n	\nMarcy Vaughn has been a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism for more than forty- five years and is a senior student of Bon Buddhist master Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.
