SUMMARY:LIGMINCHA TEXAS PREPARES FOR LOSAR\, YEAR OF THE IRON OX 2021
DESCRIPTION:Losar\, which in Tibetan means “new year\,” is celebrated widely by Tibetans and Tibetan Bön and Buddhist centers throughout the world. This is the time to reflect on the passing of the old year and face the possibilities of the New Year.  Losar will be celebrated on Saturday\, February 13\, 2021\, at 8:00 am CST.  This will be held jointly with Ligmincha International and with Ligmincha Texas.  Please join us via Zoom for our Losar activities. \nGeshe Denma Gyaltsen will offer a Sang Chod ritual from Galveston\, Texas at the home of Jackie Cole. \nTo register for Ligmincha International’s free 3-day Losar events on February 12-14\, 2021 here: \nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZIqd-yhqDsrG9a6IvYrUlwbjx1YPkeSlvvD \nWednesday\, February 10\, 2021 Preparation before Losar \nFrom our homes in preparation for Losar\, it is the Tibetan tradition to clean before the New Year.  This is the day we need to cleanse externally and clean our house\, office\, car\, and finish projects\, and generally prepare for a clean start in the next year. \nWe will use this opportunity to cleanse ourselves spiritually\, to be ready for the New Year. In the evening\, write on a piece of paper\, anything that has been challenging\, difficult for you\, or obstacles you have encountered\, problematic relationships\, emotional difficulties\, and/or health issues from the past male Iron Mouse year. Then recite one mala of the Du Tri Su mantra and throw the piece of paper in the garbage. We will think about releasing all the negative things that happened in the Iron Mouse year 2020 so they will not be carried into the new female Iron Ox year 2021. \nMantra of Purification \nA KAR A ME DU TRI SU NAG PO ZHI ZHI MAL MAL SO HA  \n \nFriday\, February 12\, 2021 Individual Losar celebration at home  \nBecause of the pandemic\, we will not be gathering at the center and we will celebrate Losar from our homes. Traditionally\, this is a family gathering day. Celebrate Losar together with your family\, if this is not possible\, you can bestow good wishes to your family members on this day.  In the morning\, when you wake up\, make a water offering of the seven bowls of water\, light one candle\, incense\, and recite Guru Yoga\, Refuge\, Bodhicitta\, and Yeshe Walmo prayers. Then rest and sit in the Natural State of Mind for as long as it is fresh. End your practice by reciting the Dedication of Merit prayer. \nTraditionally\, a Chemar ritual would be offered. This is an auspicious ceremony using barley flour called tsampa mixed with butter in a special wooden container. \nThis year\, instead\, put any type of flour in a small bowl and on top of the flour put a small piece of butter and place the bowl on your altar. After morning prayers and meditation\, then take a pinch of the flour\, offer it lightly three times\, touch it to the tongue\, and then say the traditional auspicious happiness greeting. \nTashi Delek phun sum tsok\, \nA ma bak dro ku kham sang\, \nTen du de wa to par shog. \nGongni Gongdu Phelwar Shog. \nThis means\,  \nAuspicious goodness and abundance to you\, \nMay you be healthy and peaceful\,  \nMay you find eternal peace and happiness\,  \nAnd may your pursuit of peace and happiness flourish day by day. \nThe first offering of money of the year can be made to the altar and the Buddhas.  Everyone will wish one another a happy new year and good fortune\, health\, and all good things.  Geshe la advises us to say only positive comments all day and not to engage in negative actions of body\, speech or mind\, and to continue to do prayers. Traditionally\, if you have new prayer flags you can hang them in your home on the first day of Losar. \nHappy New Tibetan Year of the Iron Ox. \nLosar Tashi Delek!\n \n \n \n \nText Divider \n \n \n	\n \nGeshe Denma Gyaltsen is the resident lama of Ligmincha Texas. He arrived in Houston in January 2016 to serve as Ligmincha Texas’s first resident lama. \nGeshe Denma was born in northern Nepal. His father brought him to Menri Monastery\, India\, regarded as the mother Bon monastery in exile\, in 1981 to begin his program of study toward the Geshe degree. He received all the Bon teachings\, initiations and transmissions in sutra\, tantra and dzogchen from His Holiness Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche\, the 33rd Menri Trizin\, and His Eminence Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche. \nWhen he became a senior student\, he was asked to teach philosophy to younger students. He successfully completed this degree program in 1996 and was awarded the Geshe certificate\, which is considered equivalent to a Ph.D. in Bön Buddhist philosophy and religion. \nGeshe Denma was an accomplished teacher and in 1998 was appointed\, with the approval of the Tibetan government in exile\, first abbot of Zhu Rishing Yungdrung Kundak-Ling Monastery\, a Bon Monastery in Sikkim\, India by His Holiness. He served two terms in this capacity until 2003. In addition\, from the time he graduated until 2008\, Geshe Denma also was active in assisting Geshe Nyima Dakpa with the Bon Children’s Home\, which houses many children in Dolanji\, India\, providing them with food\, healthcare and free education.

SUMMARY:Ligmincha Texas Healing Practice for World Peace
DESCRIPTION:COVID-19 has completely changed the world. This past year has been difficult and most challenging. Now\, it is starting to get better and better. \nWe can fight the virus by continuing to follow COVID-19 precautions (e.g. wearing a mask\, physical distancing\, getting a vaccine)\, doing prayers\, and practicing to meet this challenging time. If we do this\, it will end soon. \nWe cannot blame anyone for the virus. No one has made this virus\, this kind of disease comes and goes. In the Buddhist text\, it says there are 404 types of diseases and 80\,000 obstacles by the gek. We need to eliminate these obstacles and diseases by prayer. Many people may experience anxiety and anger that can automatically come out when under duress. When this happens\, it is important that we do not blame anyone. By doing this\, it becomes worse. \nNow\, we will practice peace in the world to make life happier for all at this time. Ligmincha Texas will do prayers for World Peace and Healing for everyone by practicing the Sipe Gyalmo Healing Practice (Queen of Existence) and The Precious Garland for those who have died from racial violence and COVID-19. \nBring mala and a bottle of water. \nRegister Here

SUMMARY:The Ma Gyud: Teaching of the Bön Mother Tantra Part 1
DESCRIPTION:The Bön Mother Tantra is one of the first translated texts from Zhang Zhung into Tibetan. Before it was translated from Tibetan\, it was translated into five languages. Originally written earlier\, the text was hidden in the 8th century. It was discovered as a terma by Guru Nön tse in the 11th century. There are three parts of the Mother Tantra: 1) How to practice the development stage; 2) How to practice the generation and perfection stages; 3) How to practice the union of the generation and perfection stages. \nThe principal focus of the development stage is the Father Tantra. The focus of the generation and perfection stages is the Mother Tantra. The main focus of the union stage is the Son Tantra. Especially in the Mother Tantra\, we practice the visualization of the three jewels: Lama; the Yidam; and the Khandro (dakini). In this retreat\, Geshe Denma will teach the Mother Tantra sadhana\, the three visualizations\, and the mudras. \nThe Ma Gyud is a tantric\, transformation practice. If we practice the Ma Gyud daily\, we will develop special powers of inner wisdom.  Tantra is a secret practice. The Mother Tantra deity was one of the yidams of the second king of Tibet\, Mu Tri Tsenpo. He had special power which he kept secret for himself as the king. His power decreased after the practice was made secret\, and he realized he had the capacity to teach and not to keep it secret anymore.  His power increased after this realization. He taught to those who had the capacity to receive the teaching. \nAll are welcome to attend this precious retreat with Geshe Denma. \nHe trusts that all have the capacity to receive this special\, powerful teaching. \nSchedule \nSATURDAY and SUNDAY\nCentral Daylight Time CDT \n Session 1 10:00–11:15 am\nSession 2 11:30 – 12:30 pm \nMeal Break\nSession 3 1:30 – 3:00 pm\n \n \n \n \nRegistration \n \n \n	\nRegistration is a 2 step process.  Step 1 is pay at PayPal.  Step 2 is register at Zoom.  It is important to complete both steps to assure access to the retreat.\nComplete payment through PayPal by clicking the Register button below. \nIMPORTANT:  After payment is completed\, you will be brought back to the Ligmincha Texas website.  This may take 10-20 seconds. \nIMPORTANT: If you are not returned to the Ligmincha Texas website\, go to the bottom of the page and click where it says “Return to Ligmincha Texas\, Inc.” \nAfter returning to Ligmincha Texas website\,  you will 1) get the link to the Retreat Handouts & Recordings (SAVE THE LINK)\, and 2) get the Zoom Registration Link. SUMMARY:Heart Drops of Kuntu Zangpo Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The Heart Drops of Kuntu Zangpo (Dharmakaya)\nGeshe Denma Gyaltsen\nMay 14-15\, 2022\n10:00-3:00\nThe nature of our own mind remains hidden behind clouds of thoughts and emotions until a master directly points out the source\, the essence\, the “heart drop.” This is the method of direct introduction to Dzögchen\, the highest and most subtle path of meditation in Bön. \nThe Heart Drops of Kuntu Zangpo (Dharmakaya) teachings were composed by Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen\, a Tibetan master who upon his death in 1935\, achieved the rainbow body\, in which his physical body dissolved into light. Shardza Rinpoche was one of the most influential Bön Teachers of his time. His works are used as textbooks in many Tibetan monasteries. Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche coordinated the translation of this text into English and has secured its’ unbroken lineage. \nIn these teachings\, practitioners learn a series of extraordinary practices that invoke direct perception of the nature of mind. Unlike methods that involve watching the breath or otherwise calming the thoughts\, these practices rely on body postures\, sounding of Tibetan syllables\, and simple visualizations to draw one quickly to an experience of one’s essence. It is a particularly powerful\, direct method of Dzögchen.  It encompasses 4 sections: Rushan; Trekchöd; Thögal; and the Bardo. \nThis is a foundational practice to reach our inner Kuntu Zangpo\, our inner buddha nature. Through practice we are transforming our three doors of body\, speech\, and mind into pure body\, pure speech\, and pure mind. Our body transforms into the Trul-ku (Nirmanakaya) through the cleansing and purification of the body’s obscurations.  Our speech is purified into that of a pure melody and transforms into the Dzog-ku (Sambogakaya) through clearing the obscurations of speech.  By purifying the obscurations of our mind\, it transforms into the Bon-ku (Dharmakaya).\n\nRegistration is a 2 step process. This may take 10-40 seconds. \nIMPORTANT: If you are not returned to the Ligmincha Texas website after 1 minute\, go to the bottom of the page and click where it says “Return to Ligmincha Texas\, Inc.” \nAfter returning to Ligmincha Texas website\,  you will 1) get the link to the Retreat Handouts & Recordings (SAVE THE LINK)\, and 2) get the Zoom Registration Link. SUMMARY:Yangtse Longchen Dzög Chen Part 1
DESCRIPTION:Yangtse Longchen Dzög Chen\nThe Highest Peak and Vast Expanse of the Great Perfection\nPart 1\nYangtse Longchen Dzög Chen is The Highest Peak and Vast Expanse of the Great Perfection. This teaching is a summary of the main portions of Dragpa Korsum\, which is one of the four auxiliary sources of information about Dzögchen.  Dzögchen Dragpa Korsum is the source of the lineage of Shenlha Odkar.  He appears in the form of the Dzogku\, the Body of the Perfected Qualities\, also called Sambhogakaya of the Three Realms (god\, human\, and naga). \n \nThe author of this text is Lishu Tagring\, shown in the image above.  Lishu Tagring had a miracle birth as a female named Takza Liwer. She was a good practitioner and at age 360 years she had a gender change to become a male and was named Lishu Tagring.  Lishu Tagring was king for 82 years and then married his consort\, Choza Bonmo at age 1\,200 years.  When he was 2\,300 years old\, he went to Shel Gyi Brag Kar Tse Zong known as the Summit Castle of the White Crystal Cliff and composed this Dzögchen teaching in this place. This is a very unique teaching which is not often made public. \nGeshe Denma will explain the story of Lishu Tagring and instruct us in the Dzögchen teaching. Because of the complexity of this teaching\, it will be offered in a 3-part series. \nThe Four Main Texts and Sources for Dzögchen are: \n\nZhang Zyung Nyen Gyud\nAtri or Gabpa Gukhor\nYetri Thasel\nDragpa Korsum \n\n\nComplete payment through PayPal by clicking the Register button below. \nIMPORTANT:  After payment is completed\, you will be brought back to the Ligmincha Texas website.  This may take 10-40 seconds. \nIMPORTANT: If you are not returned to the Ligmincha Texas website after 1 minute\, go to the bottom of the page and click where it says “Return to Ligmincha Texas\, Inc.” \nIMPORTANT: If\, you are not returned to the Ligmincha Texas website and clicking “Return to Ligmincha Texas\, Inc.” does not work\, email us at info@ligminchatexas.org.  Do not wait until the day of the retreat. \nAfter returning to Ligmincha Texas website\,  you will 1) get the link to the Retreat Handouts & Recordings (SAVE THE LINK)\, and 2) get the Zoom Registration Link. SUMMARY:Walking The Path Of Bön with Ani Sherab Wangmo
DESCRIPTION:WALKING THE PATH OF BÖN:\nFundamental Concepts for all Bön Practitioners\nANI SHERAB WANGMO\n \nWalking the Path of the Yungdrung Bön Tradition for Western students has different meanings for each one of us. As practitioners of this Tradition\, we listen to a Teaching with undivided attention\, then reflect on it\, and\, to be able to reach its meaning\, we practice it. In the West we have had many very precious teachings\, but there is a tendency to store them in our intellectual library without going through the other two fundamental steps; then\, the information remains fragmented. \nTo be able to walk the Path\, there is a map and we need to know the map to recognize the territory. This course is for all practitioners at all levels because the map is the same\, although its interpretation will be according to spiritual experience. As you well know\, this Tradition is an Ocean of Wisdom\, and as we walk the Path\, we learn that there is more and more depth to this Ocean. Therefore\, this course is useful to be able to associate more of what we have heard before in the Teachings and will be hearing over and over again; for beginners\, it is a good introduction to the scope of fundamental concepts a practitioner of Bön has to have. There are many maps; this is only one of them. \nFriday\, April 21st: \n4:30pm-6:00 pm CDT \nSaturday & Sunday\, April 22nd -23d: \n9:30-10:45 Session 1 \n10:45-11:00 Break \n11:00-12:15 Session 2 \n12:15-1:45 Break for Lunch \n1:45-03:15 Session 3 \n3:15-3:30 Break \n3:30-5:30 Session 4\n\nComplete payment through PayPal by clicking the Register button below. \nAfter returning to Ligmincha Texas website\,  you will 1) get the link to the Retreat Handouts (SAVE THE LINK)\, and 2) get the Zoom Registration Links. You must follow the Zoom Registration Link and fill out the form to register. After you are registered with Zoom\, confirmation emails will be sent to you by Zoom that includes your personal links to join the retreat.  THERE ARE TWO ZOOM REGUSTRATION LINKS – YOU MUST REGISTER FOR BOTH. \nDownload the free Zoom app in advance of the retreat by going to https://zoom.us/download \nRetreat teachings and practices will be taught in English.  There will be NO TRANSLATIONS. \nThe retreat WILL NOT BE RECORDED. \nZOOM REGISTRATION: \nRegistrants can choose the following options: $75\, $100\, and $125. Her name means “the nun initiated in Wisdom” and her Getsukma vows were granted by His Holiness Lungtok Tenpai Nyima\, Abbot of the Menri monastery in India in 2007. \nBefore encountering the Yungdrung Bön Tradition of Tibet (in 1995)\, she followed a realized Vedantic master called Swami Chinmayananda for five years (1987-1992) till he passed away. She stayed six months in an ashram in the Himalayas to do meditation retreat and learn Sanskrit in 1989. She has also had several 6-month retreats in Triten Norbutse\, Nepal\, and Menri Monastery in India. \nHis Eminence Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche is her Root Lama since 1999 and she has followed His teachings since. She has also received teachings from Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche\, Lama Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche\, Khenpo Gelek Jimpa\, Geshe Chapur and other Geshes. In 2005 she went on a one-month pilgrimage to sacred Zhang Zhung sites mainly in lake Dangra Yumtso\, Namtso\, Triten Norbutse and Yungdrung Ling Monasteries. One of the most important results of this pilgrimage was that she brought back relics and sacred offerings of the sacred sites\, donations of Bonpo hermits\, and relics from Triten Norbutse monastery in Tibet to be placed in the hearts of five different stupas: two in Dolpo\, one in Torreón\, Mexico\, one in Valle de Bravo\, Mexico and the last one in Shenten Dargye Ling in France. \nCurrently she lives in La Paz\, Mexico\, translates into Spanish many of the online teachings and coordinates one sangha there.

SUMMARY:The Heartdrop of Jamma with Geshe Denma Gyaltsen
DESCRIPTION:The Heartdrop of Jamma\, The Loving Mother:\nAn Aural Transmission of the Khandro\nwith Geshe Denma Gyaltsen\nThis Heartdrop of Jamma\, or Jamma Nying Tik\, is classified as an aural transmission. This means that it was transmitted through hearing. In this case\, the transmission was given by a manifestation of Jamma\, Khandro Sherap Lo Pélma\, to Sonam Lodro Rinpoche when she actually appeared before him. \nSonam Lodro Rinpoche was the 22nd Throne Holder of Tashi Menri Monastery in Tibet. He was prophesized to be an emanation of the great yogi Tonggyung Tükchen\, who would work for the benefit of hundreds of thousands of beings. He was born in the Wood Dragon year of 1784 in Gyalrong\, Tibet. From an early age\, he learned reading\, writing\, rituals\, and the sciences from his uncle. After that\, he went to Tashi Menri Monastery for study and meditation. Relying upon both Yungdrung Wanggi Gyalpo and Sonam Phüntsok\, he perfected his extensive studies of philosophy\, science\, monastic discipline\, etc. From these two exalted ones\, he also received all of the vows in the uninterrupted lineage of the Second Buddha\, His Holiness 1st Menri Trizin Nyammé Sherap Gyaltsen Rinpoche. He kept all of his vows in a pure way and became a great leader for monastic discipline. During a pilgrimage to Gang Tise\, also known as Mount Kailash\, he spent time practicing and meditating and gained mastery over the four elements. \nHe was enthroned as the 22nd Menri Trizin in the Metal Horse year of 1810. From the beginning\, he had an extraordinary presence. He assumed the food and clothing of a beggar and compassionately gave whatever he had for the benefit of others. He repaired temples and constructed new ones for the benefit of countless people. Many exalted lamas and noblemen respected him and considered him a pure object of refuge. As he traveled throughout Amdo\, both Buddhist and Bönpo Geshes sought out his advice and instruction. At the time of his passing in 1835\, many wondrous signs were observed including five kinds of rainbows in the sky. \nThe seven categories for “The Heartdrop of Jamma are: 1) generating the mind of enlightenment\, 2) going for refuge\, 3) admitting and purifying wrongdoing\, 4) offering the mandala\, 5) prayer of supplication\, 6) inviting the deity\, and 7) praising the enlightened state. If you recite from the beginning until the end\, it is the same as reciting the Kangyur (canon of teachings of the buddha) one time. If you perform the yidam practice daily\, you will attain buddhahood in this single lifetime with this body. SUMMARY:The Heartdrop of Jamma with Geshe Denma Gyaltsen Part 2
DESCRIPTION:The Heartdrop of Jamma\, The Loving Mother:\nAn Aural Transmission of the Khandro\nPart 2\nwith Geshe Denma Gyaltsen\nThis Heartdrop of Jamma\, or Jamma Nying Tik\, is classified as an aural transmission. Because this is the oral transmission of the Mother and the khandro\, if you practice without hope\, fear\, or doubt\, buddhahood is certain. \nGeshe Denma will teach us the beautiful melodies from this teaching and offer transmission at the end of the retreat. \n\nThe source of this teaching and this description is from The Heartdrop of Jamma\, the Loving Mother\, that was translated and annotated by Raven Cypress Wood. \nThe book can be ordered through these links: \n\nEnglish (color)\nEnglish (black and white)\nSpanish (color)\nSpanish (black and white)\nFrench (color)\n\n\nSchedule – Saturday and Sunday CDT \nSession 1         10:00-11:15 am\nBreak               11:15-12:30 am\nSession 2         11:30 am- 12:30 pm\nMeal Break      12:30-2:00 pm\nSession 3         2:00 -3:30 pm\n\nComplete payment through PayPal by clicking the Register button below.

SUMMARY:The Two Essential Meditations of the Great Perfection\, Dzogchen: Trekchö and Tögal
DESCRIPTION:The Two Essential Meditations of the Great Perfection\, Dzogchen: Trekchö and Tögal\nMenri Shedrup Khenpo Geshe Nyima Dhondup Rinpoche\nAbbott of Menri Monastery Dialectic School\nOctober 7-8\, 2023\nWith the practice of Dzögchen\, it is not necessary to rely upon practicing eon after eon\, because the kingdom of Küntu Zangpo can be seized in this single lifetime in this single\, physical body. For this\, there are two practices. The practice of trekchö and the practice of tögal. \nThe practice of trekchö\, which means “cutting through\,” “cutting through solidity” or “simultaneously cutting through solidity” is the practice of instant oneness. For example\, a single knife can simultaneously cut a hundred blades of grass. Or\, a hundred furrows can be leveled with a single rake. Or\, a single slingshot can flush out a hundred birds. Therefore\, having destroyed all 84\,000 afflictive emotions with a single practice of Dzögchen’s clear light\, the kingdom of Küntu Zangpo is seized through the rays of the practice of trekchö. \nThe practice of tögal means “leaping over\,” “crossing over\,” or “directly crossing over.” Having relied upon the four points of clear light\, the Bön essence\, which is beyond the workings of the conceptual mind\, is experienced. From the very beginning\, appearances of clear light are naked\, and tögal is the experience of directly perceiving them as they arise with the door of the far-reaching water-lamp (the eye). In that way\, in a single lifetime\, the physical body can dissolve into the great transformation rainbow body. \n\nSchedule – Saturday and Sunday CDT \n\n\n\nSession 1\n10:00-11:15 am\n\n\nBreak\n11:15-11:30 am\n\n\nSession 2\n11:30-12:30 pm\n\n\nMeal Break\n12:30-2:00 pm\n\n\nSession 3\n2:00-3:30 pm\n\n\nBreak\n3:30-3:45 pm\n\n\nSession 4\n3:45-5:00 pm\n\n\n\n\nComplete payment through PayPal by clicking the Register button below. SUMMARY:Chöd: Cutting Our Bondage in Samsara
DESCRIPTION:Chöd: Cutting our Bondage in Samsara\nwith Ani Sherab Wangmo\nNovember 11-12\, 2023\nChöd is a sacred offering done at night\, and it is one of the Four Main Generosities we do during the day: Sang Chöd\, Chütor\, Sur Chöd\, and Chöd. \nThis sacred offering has no material supports as the other ones\, it relies only on your concentrated\, clear visualization\, and intention with the support of the instruments. Therefore\, its effectiveness is based on your practice\, on your grip on the damaru\, on the text recitation\, and on internalizing its meaning without distraction. If you are diligent\, you will be able to master the pace and beats of the damaru\, and later the sil nyen\, but the most important part is your undivided visualization. \nThe text is from Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen Rinpoche and it is called The Laughter of the Sky-Dancers or KHADRO’I GE-GYANG. \nDuring this brief retreat\, practitioners will understand the great potential that this sacred practice of Chöd has for their daily lives as well as for the advancement of their most profound spiritual practice. Chöd means literally to CUT. Through this sacred visualized offering we CUT the deep root of the main poison that keeps us suffering in Samsara: Ignorance. This practice requires concentration\, trust\, discipline\, and deep commitment. It is also a very joyful way to purify our attachment and cultivate generosity in the most profound way. \nDuring this weekend of teaching\, the practitioner will learn the basics of how the drum or damaru keeps the pace of Compassion during our recitation and visualization. We will have practice sessions after the text is explained and understood. Therefore\, it is very useful that all practitioners bring a damaru. The sil nyen or flat bell will not be part of our practice till the practitioners handle the drum well. \nIf you do not own a damaru\, please bring a medium round mirror with a handle so you can learn the way to handle one when you get it. \n\n\n\nSchedule – Saturday and Sunday CST\n\n\nSession 1\n10:00 am – 11:15 am\n\n\nBreak\n11:15 am – 11:30 am\n\n\nSession 2\n11:30 am – 12:30 pm\n\n\nMeal Break\n12:30 pm – 2:00 pm\n\n\nSession 3\n2:00 pm – 3:30 pm\n\n\nBreak\n3:30 pm – 3:45 pm\n\n\nSession 4\n3:45 pm – 5:00 pm\n\n\n\n\nComplete payment through PayPal by clicking the Register button below. \nAfter returning to the Ligmincha Texas website\,  you will 1) get the link to the Retreat Handouts (SAVE THE LINK)\, and 2) get the Zoom Registration Link.
