Red Garuda Meditation Practice

Red Garuda is a powerful healing practice useful in gaining confidence, strength and for healing others as well as oneself. The Red Garuda is more often associated with taming the negative energies associated with unusual diseases. Sherab Chamma – The Wisdom Loving Mother

Sherab means wisdom and Chamma means loving mother. Sherab Chamma’s practices have special significance for healing and protection from eight fears. The essence of Sherab Chamma pervades the Bön tradition. She is considered to be the mother of all the Buddhas as well as the mother of all sentient beings. Her energy is the divine feminine.
