Opening the Door to Bön – Tsa Lung (Tibetan Yoga)
With the Bon Buddhist practices of Tsa Lung, we explore the five Tsa Lung movements. In this practice we will deepen our inner connection by exploring the 5 five energy centers (chakras) with the movements of Tsa Lung. Tsa means channel and lung (chi or prana) means breath.
